Please note orders placed before 12:30pm are usually dispatched the same day (excluding weekends & bank holidays). We strive for quick delivery times, and usually they'll arrive within 1-2 days after dispatch.

Once a successful order has been placed you will receive an email about your payout around 30 days` after the order.

Once the parcel arrives it needs to opened, checked and processed, this is normal procedure with any companies returns, the time it takes depends on how many returns we have and how busy we are, but we aim to do this as fast as we can, please note this can take up to 10 days after we receive the parcel.

All orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail.
