Where is my order?
Please check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email. If your order has been dispatched, it will include a tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12:30pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it?
Please check around your property and with neighbours in case it was left in a safe place. If you still can't find it, contact us using the form.
How do I return my order?
