My first time buying, was initially a bit anxious as I don't really like to without knowing the particulars of a certain scent.... But I am SO glad I decided to! I really like a gourmand and this is absolutely bang on for me, such a gorgeous creamy vanilla without being overtly sweet and cloying, got a 30ml just in case if I didn't care for it then it wouldn't be a waste.... As there is a higher oil content to make them last longer, with ALL perfumes, not just The Scent Reserve's perfumes, we do recommend that you take care when applying on clothes, and of course you do so at your own risk.
Storage of products
Please note as with all fragrances, they must be kept out of direct sunlight and away from hot/cold elements. Failure to do so may result in your product being affected.
Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, so if there's anything you need to change or cancel, let us know right away and we'll do our best to help!
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12:30pm are usually dispatched same day (excluding weekends.) We strive for quick delivery times, and usually they'll arrive within 1-2 days after dispatch. Please be aware during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and sales events, this may take longer.
Where is my order?
Please check your tracking link that was emailed at the time of despatch (may be in junk/spam folder).
My order has arrived damaged?
Please take pictures of the outer packaging, the damaged bottle(s) ensuring the bottle number is visible and email the pictures to our Customer Services Team at help@thescentreserve.com. Unfortunately damage incidents need to be investigated so we need sufficient photographic evidence. Please do not dispose of the bottles or packaging until we have advised you that we completed our investigations. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
My order has been received incorrect?
Please check your order confirmation alongside the order you have received and if there are any discrepancies, please email help@thescentreserve.com with a picture of all the goods received along with the packing slip. All error must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
What is your returns process?
We accept products back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning, however we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 30 day policy and they will be returned to you. Please contact our Customer Services Team at help@thescentreserve.com for further details.

Vanilla Sex is pretty good but can be a little sweet and cloying. I'd say it's a lovely it or hate it scent, but if you layer it with 240 Fireplace it takes it to a whole new level. 3 sprays of each and they project like a mofo and will last all day. They really compliment eachother and bring out the best of both scents. Trust me it's a revelation. My new go to for autumn and winter.
